4 Year Anniversary Event

Hey friends,

Our little prickly pear business is turning 4 years old and we wanted to celebrate in one of the only ways we know how; making and eating delicious food! Chef Liz will be taking folks through a 3-course tasting menu with prickly pear flavors including: sumac rubbed pork chop with a red chile prickly pear reduction; gluten free zaatar ground turkey meatballs

with a prickly pear glaze, and a sweet finish of vegan prickly pear curd pastry with plant based whipped cream.

The class with be approximately 2.5 hours over at Three Sisters Kitchen teaching kitchen space at 109 Gold Ave SW downtown

There are 25 spots in the class with tiered pricing to make the class more accessible; spots range from $25 to $40 (with the higher tiers coming with a gift bag of our prickly pear products!)
